클라이머 이민영 선수의 스페인 마르갈레프 5.15a 등반 프로젝트. 어렸을 때부터 아버지와 함께 바위 등반을 통해 클라이밍을 시작하여 현재는 대한민국에서 프로 선수로 활동하고 있는 그는 본인의 최고 그레이드 5.15a(9a+)의 루트를 도전하기 위해 스페인 마르갈레프로 원정 등반을 떠나게 됩니다. Last Ray는 그가 도전하는 루트 이름인 First Ley에서 영감을 받아 기획한 프로젝트이며 “마지막 빛”이라는 의미로 결과와 상관없이 끊임없는 열정을 보여준 이민영 선수의 도전을 의미하기도 합니다. 

Since childhood, Minyoung Lee has climbed with his father, building a lifelong passion for the sport.

Now a professional climber representing Korea, he set out on an expedition to Margalef, Spain, to attempt his hardest route yet: 5.15a (9a+). The project, Last Ray, was inspired by the name of the route, First Lay. It symbolizes not only the “last light,” but also Lee’s relentless passion and determination to keep pushing forward—regardless of the outcome.
